Our deliveries are made between 09:00 - 22:00

Valentine's Day, Mother's Day etc. On special days, orders cannot be taken according to delivery at a certain time, all orders are considered as delivery within the day.

The last order time is 12:00 for the product to be delivered on the day the order is placed. Orders placed after 12:00 will be delivered the next day. Additional charges may apply for product deliveries outside the city centre. In this regard, the customer is informed in the order summary under the shipping fee on the site while purchasing. For timed orders (Wedding, Wedding, Engagement, Funeral, etc.) orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance for same day deliveries.

We guarantee that the products ordered will be sent exactly the same. However, if that product cannot be found due to seasonal conditions, you can be sure that the closest product will be delivered. Our Flower Order Vision is to work together for a lifetime, not once.

The refund of the payments you made inadvertently is under the guarantee of our company.

If the product cannot be found at the address of the recipient, the product is delivered to the next-door neighbor, concierge, if any, and the customer is informed.

If the order is not accepted by the buyer, the responsibility belongs to the customer. Refunds cannot be made, cannot be claimed.
